Terms of use of the HydroNexis website and digital services
This is a translation of the original Polish terms of service. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version is binding.
These regulations define the rules for using the HydroNexis website and services provided electronically by HydroNexis Sp. z o. o.
The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the law, decency and these regulations. In particular, it is prohibited:
The use of selected HydroNexis services and modules may require the conclusion of a separate agreement, including a license agreement or implementation agreement. Detailed conditions, functional scope and fees are specified in the appropriate contract.
To properly use the Website, you need a device with Internet access and a current browser that supports HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
The website may use necessary, functional and analytical cookies. Detailed rules and information about the basis for data processing can be found in the documentPrivacy Policy. The user can manage cookies in the browser settings.
HydroNexis uses due care to ensure that the Website operates properly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. The Service Provider is not responsible for interruptions resulting from technical reasons, force majeure or actions of third parties beyond its control.
All rights to the content, markings, layout and elements of the Website and the solutions offered belong to HydroNexis Sp. z o. o. or authorized third parties. Copying and distributing materials without the consent of the holder is prohibited, unless the law provides otherwise.

Comments or complaints regarding the operation of the Website may be submitted by e-mail to biuro@hydronexis.pl. The report should include a description of the problem and contact information.
HydroNexis develops and provides services taking into account regulatory requirements regarding cybersecurity and operational resilience, appropriate to the nature of the services and the legal status of the parties. In particular, this applies to NIS2 requirements, national regulations on the national cybersecurity system (KSC), and in cases required by law - also DORA.
HydroNexis may update these regulations. Changes are effective from the time of publication. In unregulated matters, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the relevant provisions on the provision of electronic services, personal data protection and cybersecurity.
