We care about your privacy and the security of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data we process, for what purpose and what rights you have.

We make every effort to ensure that data is processed in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

4. What data we process

Depending on the situation, we may process:

  • identification data (name, surname),
  • contact details (e-mail, telephone),
  • company data (company name, NIP, address),
  • data regarding inquiry or cooperation,
  • technical data (IP address, cookies).

5. Purposes and legal bases for processing

We process data for the following purposes:

a) Contact and handling inquiries

Legal basis: art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR (legitimate interest of the administrator).

b) Performance of services and contracts

Including hydrogeological services, drilling, well servicing and related work.
Legal basis: art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR.

c) Issuing invoices and fulfilling legal obligations

Legal basis: art. 6 section 1 letter c GDPR.

d) Marketing of own services

Legal basis: art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR.

e) Website operation, security, analytics and statistics

Legal basis: art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR.

6. Data recipients

Your data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Administrator, in particular:

  • IT service and hosting providers,
  • entities handling e-mail,
  • accounting offices,
  • law firms,
  • subcontractors providing technical and specialist services to the Administrator.

to the extent necessary to provide hydrogeological services, drilling, renovation, repair and service of wells, performed on behalf of HydroNexis Sp. z o. o.

7. Data processing entrusted to third parties

The Administrator may entrust the processing of personal data to third parties on the basis of appropriate contracts, in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Processors:

  • operate only on documented instructions from the Administrator,
  • are obliged to maintain confidentiality,
  • apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data,
  • are not entitled to use the data for their own purposes, including their own marketing or commercial activities.

This also applies to Hydro-Wolski Sp.j., which acts as a processor (subcontractor) solely for the Administrator.

8. Transfers outside the EEA

As a rule, data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

If, in connection with the use of technological tools, data is transferred outside the EEA, it will be done only in accordance with applicable law and with the use of appropriate safeguards.

9. Data retention period

We store data for the following periods:

  • necessary to respond and conduct correspondence,
  • duration of cooperation or implementation of the contract,
  • required by law, in particular tax and accounting regulations,
  • until an effective objection is raised or consent is withdrawn, if consent was the basis for processing.

10. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access to data,
  • rectification of data,
  • deletion of data,
  • restriction of processing,
  • data transfer,
  • objection to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time if processing is based on consent.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

11. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data is voluntary, but in some cases it may be necessary to:

  • responding to inquiries,
  • conclusion and performance of the contract,
  • performance of the service,
  • issuing accounting documents.

12. Cookies and technical data

The website may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • ensuring proper operation of the website,
  • improving safety,
  • maintaining statistics and traffic analysis,
  • optimizing website performance.

The user can manage cookie settings from his web browser.

If there is a separate cookie banner mechanism or a detailed cookie policy on the website, these rules apply accordingly and complementarily to this document.

The Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, in particular in the event of changes in legal regulations, the way the website operates or the scope of services provided.
