Pump and Well Operation Management System - operational support of water supply infrastructure in one web application.
Dashboard with the status of wells, tanks and alarms, operational diagnostics of pumps, remote control of pump operation, service requests and operational and historical reports. The interface is available in Polish and English.
Teams responsible for the current operation of submersible pumps in municipal water utilities, municipal water utilities and enterprises with their own intakes - needing monitoring of the technical condition and notifications of anomalies.
People responsible for energy optimization, reliability and infrastructure maintenance costs - needing analysis of operational parameters and operational reports.
Service departments registering reports, keeping documentation of repairs and analyzing the failure history of facilities - need an integrated tool combining operational data with handling requests.
Eight modules covering the full scope of operational management of water supply infrastructure - from equipment storage to diagnostic reports.
Collective view of the status of wells, tanks and alarms. Facility location map with status markers - insight into the condition of the entire infrastructure from one screen.
Full records of aggregates, pumps and engines: technical parameters, construction history, location in the facilities. The basis for diagnostics and service planning.
Measurements of operating parameters of wells and tanks - manual and telemetry. Parameter history, trend charts, chemical data, water level visualization.
Assessment of the technical condition of pumps based on measurements: energy efficiency, risk of failure, operating parameters in relation to the pump characteristics. Indicators with status zones.
List of current and archived alarms, filtered by type and object. Configurable alarm thresholds for tanks (high, low levels) and pump operating parameters.
Sending ON/OFF signals to the well from the application level, with a record of each operation in the control history (signal type, time, user). Full command audit.
Operational reports (well operation, energy consumption, water quality, alarms, work efficiency) and historical analyzes - generated on demand with filters by date, intake, well.
Registration of service requests with attachments, tracking the status of repairs, a database of technical articles and a pump selection tool with comparison of units.
Four views from the application - from the operating desktop to a detailed well diagram.
Number of active wells, disabled devices and active alarms. Facility location map with status markers - a full picture of the infrastructure in one view.
Tank specifications, high and low level alarms, graphic visualization of filling, 7-day level history chart, measurement table.
Visual indicators of the pump's technical condition: energy efficiency, risk of failure, geo-hydraulic parameters, engine temperature. Alarm zones with immediate assessment.
Full diagram of a deep well with operating parameters, assessment of the pump condition in relation to the characteristics, remote control of the pump operation with operation history.
HydroControl receives data from the measurement infrastructure and integrates with other HydroNexis modules.
Cooperation with the CSZU module in the HydroNexis ecosystem - well passport from CSZU supplemented with operational data from HydroControl. We determine the scope of integration during implementation.
Sending control commands to the well via HTTPS integration with the SMS gateway. Each control is saved in the signal history.
Notifications of alarms and operational events via SMTP, in accordance with a configurable policy for each organization.
Export of tables and reports to XLSX and PDF. Print views directly from the application.
We provide our implementations with a complete stack: the HydroControl application plus a measurement layer and telemetry gateways from Polish manufacturers with whom we cooperate operationally. The client receives one, coherent system - he does not have to coordinate several suppliers separately.
Brands mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners. Operational cooperation in implementations for common clients.
As standard, HydroControl is delivered in a cloud model (SaaS) - data is hosted in the cloud on servers located in the European Union, in accordance with GDPR requirements. We use connection encryption (HTTPS) and automatic backups.
For customers whose security policy requires data to be stored in their own infrastructure (typical for municipal water utilities, municipal water utilities and industrial enterprises), we offer on-premise implementation - full installation of HydroControl on the customer's servers. Both options run the same software and have identical functionality. The difference only concerns the place of data storage, the settlement model and the scope of responsibility for maintaining the infrastructure.
We determine the choice of model during the implementation conversation - depending on your security policy, your server infrastructure and internal requirements.
30-45 minutes of presentation tailored to your infrastructure. No strings attached.
