Monitoring of all water law decisions: issuing authority, validity dates, allocated abstraction rates (m3/h, m3/day, m3/year). IMPORTANT / CRITICAL / EXPIRED statuses and alerts for upcoming deadlines.

PDF report generator

Four ready-made templates: water intake report, water level report, water quality report, permit status report. Filtering by date, intake, well - everything ready to be sent to Polish Waters, national statistical office, public health authority.

Documentation archive

Water law reports, hydrogeological documentation, geological works designs, risk analyses, water safety plans. Each document assigned to a well or intake.

Frequently Asked Questions

The system is ready for immediate use. After ordering a demo and determining the scope of cooperation, we will activate your organization's account within 1-3 business days. your team can start using the platform immediately - import of existing data (technical documentation, measurement history, water abstraction permits) and training are carried out in parallel, in the first 1-2 weeks. We adjust the scope of data import to the scale of the infrastructure.

CSZU integrates natively with the HydroControl module, which is our telemetry and monitoring system - without additional configuration. For external telemetry systems, we work with industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT) and integrations via REST API. We determine the specific scope of integration during the implementation conversation - depending on the measuring devices and existing infrastructure.

Yes. CSZU generates four types of PDF reports: water intake report, water level report, water quality report and permit status report. All filtered by date, intake and well - ready to be sent to Polish Waters, regional environmental authority, public health authority, national statistical office and municipal administration. We adapt the report format to current regulatory requirements. If your institution requires a report in a specific format that we do not normally support, we prepare a dedicated template as part of the implementation.

CSZU automatically monitors the expiry dates of all water permits in the organization. Permissions are marked with the following statuses: IMPORTANT (green), CRITICAL (approaching expiration, red) or EXPIRED. The number of expiring and expired permits is visible on your organization's dashboard from your first login. We activate email notifications about upcoming deadlines according to your team's preferences (typically 90, 60 and 30 days before their expiration).

Typically, we deliver CSZU in the cloud model (SaaS) - data is hosted in the cloud on servers located in the European Union, in accordance with GDPR requirements. We use connection encryption (HTTPS), data encryption at rest and automatic backups.

For customers whose security policy requires maintaining data in their own infrastructure (typical for municipal water utilities, municipal water utilities and industrial enterprises), we offer on-premise implementation - full installation of CSZU on the customer's servers. Both options run the same software and have identical functionality. The difference only concerns the place of data storage, the settlement model and the scope of responsibility for maintaining the infrastructure.

We determine the choice of model during the implementation conversation - depending on your security policy, your server infrastructure and internal requirements.

CSZU is settled in the SaaS model - monthly or annual subscription, without license costs or infrastructure investments on the client's side. Pricing is individual based on the scale of the infrastructure (number of intakes and wells), the number of users and the scope of integration with existing systems. As standard, the contract includes technical support, updates and hosting. In the on-premise model, we bill license and technical support separately. We prepare a specific offer after a short conversation about your needs.

Yes. Just fill out the Request a Demo form - we will contact you within 24 hours and arrange a 30-45 minute presentation tailored to your infrastructure. No obligations and no cost.
